Three Keys

01
Key #1

The Unbreakable Core Structure

The problem:

One bad meal turns into a bad day, a bad day turns into a bad week, and by Wednesday you've quietly quit again. You're trying to control the food with nothing underneath it.

The fix:

Three things that never move no matter where you are. Your protein floor, your calories run on a weekly view instead of day by day, and a front-loaded day that leaves room at night. Lock those three and everything else genuinely becomes flexible, including the beer.

The proof:

Joey, [AGE], old football teammate, physically demanding job, 260 down to 235 in three months without giving up a single night out with his friends.

"He told me it completely changed the way he looks at nutrition and training as a whole."
02
Key #2

Minimum Effective Dose

The problem:

You're either running a high school football split at 38 with a bad shoulder, or you went to the classes and started measuring sweat instead of progress. Both end the same way.

The fix:

The least amount of training that still gets you everything you're after. Two to four hard, logged sessions a week, mastering the small number of habits that actually move things, and sleeping as hard as you train.

The proof:

Alex, [AGE], 1:1 client, 30% body fat down to 13%, on a short list of things done consistently rather than living in the gym.

"He's fully bought into this as just how he lives now, which is why it held."
03
Key #3

The Old You Can't Hang

The problem:

You've lost the weight before. It came back. Every time. Because you changed what you were doing without ever changing who you were, so the second the plan ended the old guy took back over.

The fix:

Running 80/20 in seasons instead of every day, a written playbook for the five situations that have historically ended your run, and raising the standard you hold yourself to so the result has something to stand on.

The proof:

Albert, [AGE]. Down 100 lbs after a panic attack on a jobsite at [AGE AT THE TIME], and it has held for years.

"When your body changes, everything else changes just as much, if not more. That's what you're actually chasing. Not fat loss."

About Your Host

I'm Albert Galiszewski, and I help guys with real jobs get lean without handing their life over for it.

On paper: NASM certified, CPPS under Joe DeFranco, CCC under Joel Jameson, Precision Nutrition certified. I ran training at Tutela Training Systems, managed the staff, and I've worked with over a thousand people. Most of that was in person, hands on, which matters more than the certificates, because it means I've had to modify real programs for real bodies. Bad backs. Shot shoulders. Guys who work nights. Guys whose textbook answer was the wrong answer.

I didn't start here. Nine years ago I was 100 pounds overweight, running around on jobsites with an electrician, and drinking and smoking every day so I didn't have to think about it. I was insecure in a way I wouldn't have admitted to anybody.

Then one day on the jobsite I had a full-blown panic attack. Went to the ER, they ran an EKG, ran everything. Nothing was wrong with me. That's the part that got me. There was no diagnosis. I was just in bad enough shape that my own body was scaring me. I drove home and made a promise to myself that I'd do whatever it took.

I took the 100 pounds off before I had a single certification. And what I figured out on the way down is the thing I still teach: it was never about wanting it more. It was about having a structure that survived a bad week, and becoming somebody who could hold it.

What I believe:most coaches in this industry teach you to cut things out. Cut this, quit that, hit this macro perfectly. Fitness has taken nothing away from my life and I'm not asking you to give up yours either.

Live Attendance Bonus

The Core Structure Worksheet

($197 value)

The exact sheet I use with new clients. You'll fill it in live on the workshop and leave with your protein number, your calorie target, and your week laid out around your actual shift pattern. Not a template you go home and figure out. Your numbers, done.

Available only to live attendees of The Flex Structure System workshop. Replay watchers don't get it.

Straight Answers

Before you save your seat.

Is this actually free?

Yes. 90 minutes, nothing to buy on the workshop. At the end I'll tell you how to talk to me one on one if you want that, and you can ignore it if you don't.

How long is it really?

About 90 minutes including questions. I'd block two hours. It's one night.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. Most guys aren't. Come in, mute yourself, take notes.

Is there a replay?

Yes, 24 hours, sent to everyone who registers. But the Core Structure Worksheet is live only, and that's the thing you actually want, because you fill it in with me instead of trying to work out your own numbers afterward.

I work nights / rotating shifts and might not make it.

Register anyway and watch the replay. Then message me, because rotating shifts is exactly the schedule this was built for and I'd rather talk you through it than have you guess.

Do I have to give up drinking?

No. I've never told a client to quit drinking and this workshop is largely about how not to have to.

Is this going to be a two hour sales pitch?

No. It's about 80 minutes of the actual system and then roughly 20 minutes on how to work with me. You'll have the whole thing written down either way.
